The land of dreams

The United Arab Emirates are world-famous for Dubai, the dazzling city with record-breaking skyscrapers and luxurious hotels that attract billionaires and pop starts from around the globe. But beyond the glamour of its largest city lies a land rich in history and tradition. From its maze-like souks (traditional bazaars) to magnificent forts, exciting theme parks, desert wilderness and pristine beaches, the Emirates are a gateway to the diverse mosaic of Arabia.

Seven emirates, one destination.

Each of the seven emirates that make the UAE has its distinct personality and unique attractions. Dubai, the most popular tourist destination, is home to modern architectural gems like Burj Khalifa, the worlds tallest building and Burj Al Arab along with the iconic man-made islands.

Abu-Dhabi, the capital, offers the best museums in the Arab world and hosts the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a treasure of 21st century Islamic art and architecture. Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah share the Al Hajar mountains, whose mountainscapes attract photographers and lovers of adventure alike. Sharjah, the cultural capital of the Arab world and the third-largest Emirate, hosts a heritage district with art spaces, museums and traditional bazaars. Shopping fans can revel in Ajman City Center, the largest mall in the Emirates, located in the Emirate of Ajman.
