This cruise showcases the majesty of three great European rivers — the Moselle, the Main and the Danube. Travel the man-made Main-Danube canal — a stunning technological marvel — as you transit from the beautiful Danube River. Explore the upper middle Rhine Valley with its numerous castles and experience the tranquil meandering of the Main.
Discover the half-timbered buildings of Miltenberg and Wertheim, along with the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Würzburg, Bamberg and Regensburg. Another sight of this cruise is the region that has been considered the best place for Riesling in the world: the romantic vineyards and villages of the Moselle river.
Due to low clearance heights at bridges and locks on the river route between Frankfurt and Regensburg, access to the sun deck might be restricted for safety reasons.
Please note: Departure June 3 (AMADEUS Star) with slightly modified itinerary. Information on request.
This exclusive, 110-meter cruise ship was built in 2011 and completely refurbished for 2020. It offers you premium travel comfort. Generous suites and cabins are located across three decks, offering accommodation for up to 150 passengers. The cabins are, for the most part, equipped with French balconies, which offer a fantastic view over the beautiful passing riverscapes.
Discover new culinary delights in our onboard Panorama Restaurant, as well as flavorful cocktails and releaxing atmosphere in our Panorama Bar and Lounge. All the on-board amenities are up to the customary high AMADEUS standard, and you can enjoy lounging on the spacious Sun Deck with its Lido Bar, or you can unwind with a good book in the quiet and comfortable AMADEUS Club. Regardless of what you choose to do, you will feel at home on board with us!
The Amadeus Queen sails along on the Danube, Rhine and Main rivers as well as the Dutch and Belgian Waterways. Similar to its prominent predecessors, this ship continues our orientation to high quality river cruises in Europe.
This vessel follows the award-winning model of the AMADEUS Silver ships but offers even further innovative developments. The popular concept of spaciousness has been maintained. This includes not only generous public areas but also spacious cabins: 12 large suites impress with an outdoor balcony and a cozy reading corner whilst the 69 standard cabins mainly have panoramic window fronts which can be automatically lowered and luxurious bathrooms. The on-board highlight is the indoor pool, the roof of which can be opened in fine weather. In the evenings, this area may also be used for informative talks, functions and cinema showings.
The AMADEUS STAR, a masterpiece of engineering and ship design, joined the fleet in 2019.
The ship offers a total of 70 spacious deluxe cabins and 12 AMADEUS Suites. Similar to our other ships, the AMADEUS STAR cabins on the Mozart and Strauss Deck also feature lowerable panoramic windows which extend across the entire cabin front and have been specially designed for the AMADEUS ships. All deluxe cabins and suites offer comfortable, spacious bathrooms, infotainment systems, flat screen television, telephone, cabin safe, minibar and air conditioning which can be individually regulated. Furthermore, the suites feature a comfortable corner sofa, luxurious bathroom and walk-out external balcony.
